The shop in Frankfurt's Bornheim district has been offering kosher food from all areas since 2016. Here you will find everything you need to cook kosher.

Restaurant Sohar's

The Sohar's restaurant in the Community Center is Glatt Kosher and has been offering quality kosher food to all of us for years, all year round and, if ordered in advance, also on Shabbat and Jewish holidays. Smachot and conferences are gladly celebrated and held at Sohar's.The restaurant also offers kosher catering. Sohar's restaurant is under the supervision of Rabbi Avichai Apel.

The restaurant also offers kosher catering, where everything from food to dishes can be delivered to the hotel. All religious events and/or "simches" that are to take place in our community must be registered with the rabbinate. If you want to plan events in other locations, please let us know in good time so that we can check the possibilities on site.

Life Deli in the Jewish Museum

The Life Deli in the Jewish Museum is a meeting place for all those who want to enjoy kosher and vegan cuisine in the middle of Frankfurt, while lingering on site or taking away. The Israeli-inspired offerings range from hot main courses, light salads and kid-friendly snacks to premium wines and cocktails. Of course, you can also find homemade challah, Shabbat boxes and seasonal specialties that accompany the Jewish holidays.

Frankfurt Airport

A new vending machine in departure hall C of Frankfurt Airport offers kosher food. The vending machine is located in the immediate vicinity of the check-in of the Israeli airline EL AL and also the nearest Jewish prayer room is only a few steps away.
